That's interesting. Never experienced that myself, although on the higher difficulty levels, the AI seems to literally never miss!

I found the AI to be really weird in this game. For example it'll take on a really tough pot and pull it off flawlessly, setting it up for its next shot. Except it then misses the easy shot somehow.

Another oddity with the AI is when you have it snookered, or at least with no pots on. It will just smash the pack of reds, which pretty much no snooker player would try to do due to the unpredictable nature of where all those reds will end up - and what you'll leave for the opponent.

Looks like this review is written by a newbie who isn't familiar with the control schemes and easily destroyed by a random person on multi-player mode.
The review needs professional's perspective, too.

And $7 for this is a steal. If you want moving backgrounds, you will have to pay twice or more.

If you hate the crashes just go in to the multitasker (tap home button twice) and hold a app then hit the minus sign till there all gone then it won't crash (do hourly)

LOL I Mis-quoted myself there. I meant "took elements from.." not "the best elements from"... In no way am I implying that this game is better than those three titans of FPS. I meant that it's copied from the best, and so is easily the best FPS on iOS.

Codae would be a really cool app if they were to come up with a desktop version as well (which I hope they have or will). But having a learning or creative tool trapped on a device where apps can disappear from the App Store without notice or where I can't easily re-install old versions after a screwy update, is kinda scary. An iPad version is a great portable adjunct to a desktop version, but iPad-only isn't so great.

Good review .
Have yet to try the multiplayer , hopefully it's as good as mc3 ( I wasn't to fond of the nova 2 multiplayer)

I own King of Fighters-i (2011), and I'm still debating with myself on
whether or not I should pay 7 bucks again for this new 2012 version.
Knowing SNK, they'll release another version in 2013, and that version
will probably have more characters and moving backgrounds (2012
backgrounds are still static). I'll probably just wait until KOF-i 2013
next year, unless there's a price drop for KOF-i 2012.

exactly what i was thinking. I wanted to buy an ipad3 but issues like flash and no onlives service, iam buying a transformers prime instead.. Apple are just way to restrictive with their products for my taste...
